Stephanie Lew Veilleux, OD

Bio

Dr. Stephanie Lew Veilleux is a life-long East Bay native, having been raised in San Ramon, CA, and she absolutely loves having the opportunity to serve the community she grew up in. She completed her BS in genetics at UC Davis and earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She was highly involved in community service and school activities during her time at SCO and held multiple leading positions including Student Government Association president, both chapter and international president of the Gold Key Optometric Honor Society, and contributor at Memphis Mayor AC Wharton’s Student Focus Group.  She received multiple scholarships and awards related to her efforts.
While Dr. Lew has practiced all over the East Bay, including Danville, Concord, Antioch, and Brentwood, she is now part owner at Briones EyeCare Optometry in Walnut Creek. She is enthusiastic about patient education and strives to make every patient’s eye care experience a positive one.
Dr. Lew lives in Concord with her husband, cat, and daughter. She loves to cook, garden, sew, cross stitch and craft. She likes coffee served with her creamer and has a chronic sweet tooth.

Maggie Burton, OD, FaAO

Bio

Maggie Burton, OD, FAAO is proud to be a part of the ACCCOS board of directors. She was born and raised in Santa Monica, and recently relocated to the Bay Area. Dr. Burton provides full scope optometry care including management of ocular disease, dry eye disease, pediatric care, and providing contact lens care. She currently works at Boghossian Vision in Danville, CA. Dr. Burton and her husband enjoy biking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.

Bio

Dr. Charlie Ngo received his doctorate of optometry and bachelor’s degree in sociology and molecular and cell biology at UC Berkeley. He received his post-graduate residency training in ocular disease from the Baltimore Veteran Affairs Hospital. Dr. Ngo is a member of the faculty at Herbert Wertheim School of Optometry & Vision Science and an optometrist at the Santa Rosa Veteran Affairs Outpatient Clinic.

In his free time, he enjoys volunteering, hiking, traveling, cooking, golf, and archery.
